Insurance Plans We Accept

Blue Cross and Blue Shield PPO, United Health Care Caterpillar (Optum), Health Alliance, Health Link, Methodist First Choice,

(Client is responsible for a $90 deposit each session until the insurance sends payment or EOB)

We DONOT accept All Kids, BCBS HMO, Medicaid, Molina, Meridian, Cigna, Aetna, Humana Health Partners or Medicare.

Self-Pay Rate

$180

After the first appointment $220, Therapy Sessions cost $180 for 60min. All fees are due upon arrival prior to services.
